Rays of the Dawn Contents

The Rays of the Dawn is divided into three parts.   The Laws of the Body, The Laws of the Mind, and The Laws of the Soul.  Instead of reading cover to cover we start reading the four Laws of the Body in Part One and examine how you presently nourish, move, rest and cleanse  your body.  This may inspire you to make some healthful changes that will clear the way for the next phase of your journey.  After we have completed Part One we will read Part Two (The Laws of the Mind) and Part Three (The Laws of the Soul) in pairs.  For example "Fear" and " Faith"  or "Hate" and "Love".  You may join the group at any point during lessons without feeling left behind.  However, it is best to start reading all the Laws of the Body before moving to the Laws of the Mind and Soul.

The Laws of the Body

The Law of Nourishment

"He has disobeyed the Law of Nourishment so long that he does not have perfect digestive organs.  They have degenerated due to improper food and wrong living; therefore, the Law of Nourishment must be so modified that it will pertain to man as he is today."  Dr. Thurman Fleet

The Law of Movement

"The body must ABSORB and DISTRIBUTE the nourishment contained in the food that each individual eats....MOVEMENT, or EXERCISE, IS THE ONLY DISTRIBUTING AGENT OF THE BODY."   Dr. Thurman Fleet

The Law of Recuperation

"There is a great Natural Law that demands of every living creature a sufficient amount of rest and sleep.  During this period of inactivity, the forces of the body endeavor to repair the damage that has been done throughout the day...continuous, never-ceasing activity for any living thing means untimely death."  Dr. Thurman Fleet

The Law of Sanitation

" Since the body is the abode of the mind and the soul, and the instrument of the Spirit, these can evolve to higher planes of existence only in an environment that is clean and pure."

Dr. Thurman Fleet
